Before leaving People’s Capital and Leasing Corp (“PCLC”) in Q1 2020, Jaime spent almost five years in the role of Assistant Corporate Secretary & Leasing Documentation Attorney at PCLC, where she was responsible for drafting, reviewing and managing subsidiary governance documentation and commercial finance transactions including all syndicated transactions and portfolio documentation presented by the contracts/funding and portfolio groups ($2B+ Portfolio). Jaime spent the previous ten years at Webster Capital Finance, Inc. (“WCF”) first, as a Senior Contracts Administrator for the General Aviation Division and then as Assistant Vice President of Contracts & Funding Operations, where she managed, negotiated, documented and closed transactions for a $1B portfolio of equipment finance transactions while holding individual funding authority of $2mm. Jaime lead and participated in the collaboration and formulation of operational systems, policies, procedures and performance measures for each of WCF’s divisions (Aviation, Construction, Environmental, Manufacturing and Purchase of Paper) while also performing quarterly review of a selection of the portfolio to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other governmental and business process requirements.

Jaime received her B.A. in English and Political Science from Central Connecticut State University and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Western New England University School of Law.
