Carlos Nascimento

Before joining EEF, Carlos spent the last 2 years at General Electric in Treasury FP&A managing various initiatives surrounding free cash flow analytics including development of a direct method cash flow model.  He also supported various digitization initiatives including automation of FX related reporting requirements and cash positioning processes. Prior to that, Carlos spent 2 years at Synchrony Financial as the Finance Manager for the Treasury team leading debt and liquidity planning. Carlos also supported multiple Treasury initiatives including managing and enhancing the firms ALCO (Asset & Liability Committee), deployment of new unsecured and secured debt products and yield optimization for excess liquidity.
Before joining Synchrony Financial, Carlos spent 12 years at GE Capital in various FP&A and Treasury roles.  His last role as FP&A Manager for the US Lending group in Norwalk CT.  During this time, Carlos worked through planning and budget cycles, worked with Asset Management teams on troubled asset solutions including restructuring and refinancing and worked with the commercial teams to develop a revamped sales incentive plan recognized by senior leadership as a driver of new volume growth. Prior to GE Capital, Carlos was an accounting analyst at Interactive Brokers and Texaco Inc.

Carlos received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Iona College in New York.
