Willie’s career includes 34 years at GE Company and culminated in a role as a Company Officer and Co-Chief Risk Officer for GE Capital, Americas, where he led the risk management function for a $50B+ portfolio across six businesses and three countries. Prior to that role, he held several roles, including CEO of GE Capital’s Corporate Lending Group and several positions of increasing responsibility in risk management and commercial roles in a number of GE’s financial services businesses.  Willie currently serves as a Senior Adviser to Encina Capital Partners, LLC and Encina Business Credit, LLC; he also serves as a Board Member at InterNex Capital, which is an online lender that provides working capital solutions to SMEs.
